A Deeply Intuitive Voice Control Center

ComputerStuff4You provides the most cost-effective, adaptable VOIP solution that we’ve found among any of our competitors. We sculpt your phone system from the ground up to ensure that it meets every one of your needs, whether you put a focus on call statistics, recording, conferencing, IVR’s and Auto-Attendants, custom routing, or anything else you can think of.  The phone system’s functions are almost limitless, and for more specific advanced needs there are modules that can be purchased to fill in the gaps. Our phone systems use FreePBX, often in combination with VMWare for a more efficient use of hardware/power. From the FreePBX Website: “The FreePBX EcoSystem has developed over the past decade to be the most widely deployed Open Source PBX platform in use across the world today. The openness of the project allows Users, Resellers, Enthusiasts and Partners to utilize the FreePBX EcoSystem to build robust communications solutions that are powerful but at the same time easy to implement and support.”

FreePBX itself is free, it’s an asterisk-based VOIP system which is developed much like the Linux operating system. It is mostly modified through a web interface, which has many different applications such as: Announcements, Directory, Time Conditions, Conferences, Ring Groups, IVR’s, Paging/Intercom, Park and Announce, Queue’s, etc. All of which are heavily customizable.

Detailed Functions:

Reports: The web interface has a call report page, which allow you to find calls depending on caller, callee, length of call, time/date, whether or not the call was answered, etc. As well as being able to listen to recordings for individual calls with a click of the mouse.   Extension Customization: Individual phones have their own mailboxes, passwords, directories, line buttons, ring tones, and everything from cell phone forwarding to email alerts, you can rest assured every employee can have the settings they are most comfortable with.   Time Conditions and Custom Routes: Time conditions can be set which re-direct inbound calls depending on the time or date, along with custom recordings, such as for a holiday or weekend.   Auto-Attendant: The basic IVR is capable of being programmed to give verbal instructions to callers and take a variety of inputs, such as extension numbers, ring groups, queue’s, names, and more. Using IVR’s you can simplify your call center and divide incoming calls into groups, as well as give the caller information on how to navigate the options.   Modules: FreePBX is compatible with hundreds of different modules, such as iSymphony and Google Voice. These modules can give you the ability to monitor calls in real-time from your desktop, dictate calls into text, and control things like conferences, transfers, queue’s, voicemail, and call barging. And that’s just to start; if you can think of something you’d want to do with your phone system, it’s guaranteed there’s a module out there that can do it.
These are just some of the basic functionality’s of our Asterisk-based PBX systems, we’d love to show you how much more they can do.
